Frankenstein Bolt Replacements?

My OEM Frankenstein bolts are 10 years old and dulling out...I want to replace them with the flush tail bolt mod bolts, anyboby know where I can get a set of those? Nothing on ebay as of today.

Ping Smithabusa He has ones that have been correctly machined to replace the OEM bolts. I have a set on my bike.
