Anybody have experience with this. I have seen them before, but just don't know if I would trust all that weight on something like that.

Don't do it!

The tongue weight for a Class 5 towing reciever is only 500lbs. (Those are the ones that come on the full size pickup trucks)! That's less than the weight of a stock Busa. Say goodbye to your prized Busa if you hit a good size pothole or bump!

I agree. Also alot of sheer force and leverage on that single hitch point. I would worry like crazy on this set-up while towing.

IF you're going to use it, make dayum sure you have a great set of helper springs under those rear wheels.

I think hooken203 has one of those and hauled his bike from here in Iowa to Deals Gap last spring with no problem.

If you hit a bump that compresses your cars, or trucks, suspension about 3 in. the weight of the stock Busa will briefly reach about 1500 lbs. Based on my experience in the Army as a diesel mechanic and a recovery operator (that means I pulled trucks and APCs out of the mud frequently), I would still be concerned if I had it on a 1000 lb tongue load / 10,000 lb towing receiver.

If you do go that route, out a few tie down straps from your Busa to the frame or you vehicle. That way you'll still have (most) of it if the receiver fails or breaks loose from the frame.

Have you ever considered repair work required to put a Busa back together after it's flipped down the road a few times, and possibly being hit by the vehicle following you?

Just because the product says it'll do it doesn't mean that the vehicle it's connected to will.

You can get hitches rated up to 1000lbs tongue weight.

If you had a truck, why wouldn't you just put it in the bed? I've seen several pictures of them on pickups.
