quick question.
i want to remove my front tire/rim from the bike.
i have a pit bill stand.
do i need a stem stand type or will this type be ok?

Start with the fender. This is the first bike I have had that the wheel would not come off with the fender on. I was kinda suprised

I have had my front wheel off on both bikes with the front fender on.
 
You need to unbolt the fender and you can push it up and out of the way. If you take it off, I would suggest grinding off that brake hose retainer thing, makes it much easer for the fender to go back on and off agian in the future...
 
i had to un bolt the 4 front bolts for the finder.
then easy as pie.
i learned from someone here that a spark plug scoket fits the axle.
worked like a charm.

stripping the black from the rims. was kinda bord and broke.
 
Maybe it's the stands, your stand may give it more clearance from the fender. With the Pitbull I know there isn't enough clearance...

Could be the problem.
Only stands I have ever used has been Handy stands.
