When my busa is coasting I've been hearing a rubbing sound. I now have it on stands and the front wheel brake discs are rubbing on the pads not real bad but it definitely can't free spin, is this normal ?

Loosen the caliper bolts...while rotating the wheel, gently pump the brake lever. This will help to recenter the pads.

10-15 light pumps and 3-5 rotations of the wheel and then retorque the caliper mounting bolts.

I was about to say check your pads. I had the same sound. Rotor looks like crap, but it works.

EBC Extreme pro pads!!! Best stopping power you can get from pads alone, a great improvement.
Site sponsor Pashnit has them too.

I just ordered the ebc hh pads !!!! Everyone here has spoke so highly of them I just have to check them out. Does anyone know how many miles I need to ride with the new pads before racing? I've heard they can glaze over somehow.
