08 busa,43+k everything original ,never had any problem except 2 weeks ago my fuel pump start to making some noise but 5-10 minutes after i start riding.No loss of power or performance. I replaced the original pump/motor with the aftermarket one and i replaced the strainer/filter too.Same things happened again.Please help!

What kind of noise? Only when the pump primes? Or is it constant?
Well, I've actually heard those were decent pumps. Maybe email the manufacturer and let them know of your symptoms. It might be on it's way out as well. Warranty?
When it starts to whine, pull over and to be certain it is actually the fuel pump making the noise take a cardboard tube (toilet paper roll or paper towel roll) and put it on your ear, then put it up to the lower left side of the fuel tank.
You will soon hear the pump and verify whether that’s the whining noise or not.
Give it a try, it’s the old stethoscope method for tracking down noises.

In what gear do you hear the noise? These bikes whine in 1st gear, almost like a supercharger whine..
Not my 99, Ist gear has no whine at all

Yep, if it is making noise when stationary, it isn't the tranny....even us backyard mechanics know that much
My mate had a 2002 Busa, he said the guy he bought it from told him 1st gear whines because it has a straight cut racing gear installed. . . Mine whines and I asked the previous owner and he said it always did. I even asked the question on here and was told it is normal...Beats me...I sort of like it...
