Fuel Re-Mapping

What all do I need in order to re-map my fuel injection?? What parts do I need to buy? Does it really help? How much time should it cut in the 1/8 mile??? Any suggestions???

If you are running an aftermarket full system. Then invest in a Power Commander. Then take it to a reputable tuner have them work out the air/fuel ratio on the power commander for maximum power out of your busa.

Or you can Re-map it with a Yoshimura box. But the box has has its limits compared to a power commander.

Yep, Power Commander is still the best unit out there for the money. PC USB.

I have the PC3 already. Is the power commander something that I could install myself? How about the remapping, is that hard to do....I mean,where do ya start?

I meant to say that I have the Carbon P3 (I think) exhaust....not a power commander.

Sometimes I suffer from brain farts!! LOL

So far the only thing has been the exhaust and the arm has been stretched a little.

its easy to install the power commander...

You unplug factory computer, plug harness into PC and then PC into factory computer... that is it...

Remapping... good dyntune is best of course... But most usually will spend the dyno money when they have their bike setup exactly how they want... You don't have to get it dyno'd to run the PC... It comes with many pre-programmed maps that will be close to what you need... You can use these until you want to get the custom map...

You'll have to save up about 32,000 pennies... give or take a couple thousand.
