Fuelling problem?

Hi,

I just bought a '01 Busa with K&N filter and 2 Carbon Can Co Stainless pipes.
The problem is, I am getting a litle bit of roughness/hesitation at around 3.5k - 4k revs. Feels like the fuelling is not right, maybe. Anybody else have this problem?
Could it be something else like a dodge spark plug or injector?

how many miles and how does it seem it was maintained. And what other mods were done that you know of?

The bike is mint, and well looked after. Only 16000km. No other mods beside a double bubble screen.
Could it just be the cold weather?

no once its warm should run smooth. Maybe needs a tune up.

or fuel filter  change or pump is giving out.... or you have a pinched fuel line possibly...

Have it tunned before anything. The stutter is normal but can be corrected with a good tune. The tune will also tell you if you have any other problems.
