So a little info before the story. I work in the family business. My father owns the company and I manage the office and finances etc. The company is a computer consulting and network design & management firm. Very shirt & tie.
Now on to the story. So yesterday we had an amazing day as far as the weather is concerned. 75 degrees and a slight breeze. Perfect riding conditions. Dad has been ridin bikes for 25+ years but hasn't owned one in probably 10. He rides the busa every once in a while and loves it but I can't convince him to buy one yet. He wants to take the bike for a ride so I tossed him the keys. He then decided he wanted to ride it to his next appointment 60 miles away. No problem, I'm stuck behind a desk all day, not gonna be using it.
The funny part came when he got to the client's location and walked in wearing the leather jacket and helmet. They laughed for quite sometime about this guy, who they've never seen in anything but a cadillac, get off a Hayabusa, and start working on their network.
Just thought I'd share. Needless to say he still is not convinced that he needs a bike.
