Funny work incident - just happened

I am a Service Advisor for the Lexus dealership here in Austin.

A lady just pulled in because her navigation on her car said it was due for oil & filter change. I explained we don't use the nav maintenance system since it has a blanket maintenance light that comes on the dash. I went to turn off the nav settings & there is a button marked, "BlO% Job For Allen." I asked her if she wanted me to reset that button too. She sh&$ herself. "Oh my God that is my husband he put that in there." IDIOT.
You should have seen the look on her face...priceless.
