Ive been thinking of getting a reel type setup myself.Tied of winding and twisting hose back up.
 
Holy cow...that's a serious BEAM up there...the things you could do with that...
 
I really want one of those as well, I have the old wind up type and it is a pain trying to crank it up and keep the hose straight at the same time, and look I also have a beam, Cant take credit it was there when I bought the house but it sure comes in handy when I need to lift the rear of the bike or just take tension off it.

It is good that you have the room + the tools to work and pull a car in at the same time.
 
I think he was referring to the extension cord running the door opener :)
