GAS TANK build pressure?

2000 hayabusa everytime he open up the gas tank cap is a lot of pressure bulit in.

the vent might be clogged I had a buddy of mine that had the same issue and his vent was messed up

Clean the gas cap.

Do you still have the stock gas cap...or an aftermarket one? I know if you crank down too tight on some of the aftermarket ones (Billet) it can seal over the vent hole and in some cases even sucking in the gas tank

like everyone else said it is most likely vent tube related. It's not pressure though it's actually vacuum.
