Gas tank removal

Ok, puttin the bike back together today. I took the plastics outside to look at the paint in the sun. Its SOO bright and nice. Cant wait to show you guys the pics.


Question though... Can i completely install all of the fairings, and the inners and then install the gas tank??? Or does the gas tank have to go on first???

Im redoing the gas tank, and i want the rest of the bike all together so all i have to do is just slap it on.. Can i do that?? or do the side fairings need to be off?

You should be able to install last as long as you can get all the hoses hooked up. You do not need to remove anything to pivot the tank up to work on air cleaner, idle adjust etc. so installing last should be no problem.
