Gear Indicator with or with out a ATRE???

I am getting a Gear indicator either way, but I just wanted to know if I should be getting it with the ATRE or not?

I have pretty much a stock bike right now ( 03 Busa, with yosh exhaust).

and I just use it for Cruiseing around but I do like more HP.

With all of the bad press I have seen about a TRE, I would NOT get one if I were you. There are literally hundreds of posts on here about the TRE, take a bit of time and see what you can find.

You can get it with, and if you don't like it (like me I don't need it) you can have it set to the -- setting, which is nothing, no TRE, just gear indicator.
