Gear shift shaft align mark problem

Hi,folks. I just got my Gen3 Hayabusa and it's really a wonderful bike. Yet when I install aftermarket gear shift pedal today, I found that there's no align mark on the gear shift shaft so I can't put the pedal back accurately. It will be very useful if anyone can check the gear shift shaft which has the align mark on it or not. Or maybe someone who haven't removed gear shift pedal from the stock status, maybe you can take the pictures of your gear shift shaft for me that I can take the pictures for the reference to put pedal back. Anyway, thanks for your kindly help.

Put it where it’s most comfortable to shift up and down, u don’t need to align it to anything in particular. Once u do that, take a dremel tool (don’t use a hammer and punch) and mark the location for easy removal and replacement

and I always just use a pocketknife blade on the shift shaft.
I run the blade back and forth between the shifter's opening groove a few times.
That leaves a visible reference mark, quick and easy.

Really no definite place to put it. Its splined so it will go anywhere on the shaft. With the new links it will all need to be adjusted to fit your personal riding comfort.
