Gearing with HP

If I get the 3300 performance upgrade from APE, Should I gear back to stock? I changed the gearing to 16/42 for added acceleration, but with that performance mod I would think I would get the same with stock gearing?

You've got the 16/42 setup. I'd get the bike home and broke in and to the track to see. It will depend on suspension, tires, track, and rider IMHO

Thats alot of gear for that much HP.For safety and wear issues on chain,at least a 17 up front.Unless bike is stretched and drag purpose only.You would definitly be able to use more HP below 100 with stock or closer to stock gearing.Depends on what ya want.

220 + 16/42 = Weeeeeee

if you're nto extended it's gonna be way to twitchy with the throttle. Try something like 17/42. Depending on your style of riding it may still need to go higher to say 17/41-40. It all depends how hard you twist your wrist in the lower gears....
