I replaced the cracked fuel lines on my bike with 3/8 inch stuff, it's all I could get to go over the nipples on the external fuel pump assembly. But I noticed the spigot on the underside of the gas tank (return line?) is a bit smaller than 3/8". The line fits on without leaking using an FI clamp but it made me wonder if that return line is not supposed to be 3/8".
