Gen 1 not turning over

I've currently got an 05 busa brought to me to work on. It's getting power to thre starter and can hear the starter engage but not turning over. I've pulled the plugs to make sure it wasn't hydro locked but the guy then told me he last time he rode it and parked it running he thought he heard noise coming from the trans/ clutch area. I've read about the clutch bolts backing out in thr second gen and even seen a few posts on the first gen doing it so im wondering if it's possible one of those bolts could have backed out and be keeping the engine from turning over. Haven't dug much into it yet and already found the broken cover from the slave cylinder just trying to get an idea of where to start looking first. Thanks for any help.

Well to answer my own question it is possible... looks like the bolt came out and damaged the cover and had it feeling like it was seized
