Gen 2 cush drive fit gen 1??

I need to replace the cush drive in a gen 1 that I have and my buddy has a gen 2 set with only 1,000 miles on them. Will the gen 2 cush drive work in a gen 1? Thanks guys

Pretty sure it will not. Gen1 has. 6 bolt sprocket. Gen 2 has 5 bolt sprocket.
