Gen 2 into buggy no spark no dash lights

Hello all, my 2012 motor in custom buggy won't start. It did start before I removed from donor bike. Wiring harness was custom made for this buggy, ECU was supposedly flashed to remove tip over, kick staind, emissions, pair valve ect. First time trying to start it, when turned key dash needles spiked, fuel pump primed, it turned over, but didn't start. Tried several more times before pulling a spark plugs to see no spark. Another clue is no lights on dash came on, no neutral light nothing but the clock. Any ideas appreciate, US bike.

Is it using the stock key switch for the ignition? If not my first guess would be that it doesn't have a resistor in the circuit. If you just put power straight to the ECU it "thinks" its being hotwired and won't start. I don't know exactly what it needs but can google it.
