Gen 2 lowed front

Hello to all lovers of busa .
Im a new owner of a gen2 08 and i got it lowered so because i like the corners on mountain roads i wanted to pull it up to the standards without changing the Steering stem upper bracket aftermarket one that I've got.
So my question is .. its about 20mm. I should pull it up to 0 ? Thats the standard?
And for the rear what size is the standard one for i can see if its lowed and at the rear?.

first of all - the absolute 1. requirement - the suzuki gen2 service manual - without you'll fail sometime - guaranteed !

fork - all measurement are mentioned in the manual (page 2B-3)

swingarm - the connecion rods (same at gen1 or 2) and their lengths see my page
