Hey...hey.. Comin' together. You sound like me.. Want to do things different..lol
Don't know about picking up the gray wires at the injectors themselves, but keep in mind that the tuner will need to adjust the enrichment device while up on the dyno, so you want that girl to be easy to get to. Hence mounting it under the seat to where it can be pulled into the trunk for adjusting on the fly. But if your dead set on your way of tappin' into the grey wires up by the injectors, get a test light to be sure that its the right wire. (I overkill everything) One end of the test light on the injector plug and the other down by the ecu harness contact.
Love the title of the post.... (German Tooltime) lmao!!
Keep us posted!!

Shift light, with autoshift output?? You gonna run a shift kit also I presume? Highly recommended, because it'll be REALLY hard to keep up with slamming it through the gears manually on the juice, d@mn near impossible I would think to achieve maximum delay..

BTW.... I'm on my 10th bottle and I'm a nitrous junkie hoebag and I need help please! LOL

No shifter................ maybe i ll ask santa claus :please::lol:

MPS itself is under the seat piggyback the ECU

Dont want to use the MPS in normal mode. Got the engine dynoed with yoshi-box and its running fine (168RWP)
only need instant rich.

Can i switch the box on in normal mode with the shot ?
This way i could dyno it .
instant rich mode would go to rich (but better less power than less pistons

Brian
how about an outing..........at .......Jerry Springer

LOL... Santa Claus.. I'm in debt to that old fart for about another 3 or 4 more seasons. i.e.. "Yes sweethear, that'll be next years Christmas present"..lol

Yeah, my bad, the box will only go "rich" when your spraying as the trigger wire from the box is connected to +12v side of the nitrous selenoid. Tuner will adjust the dials on the box to give it the "richness ratio" the system needs to safely operate on a dry run pull. The amount of richness will need to be verified up on the dyno based on the dry runs fuel / air ratio. (think I got that right) Gregs ECU flashing makes this process soo much easier...:poke:  (sorry know you did'nt want to hear the already known obvious.)

Jerry Springer....
(good one)

Keep up the good work Sir.

Its going on a little.
Think next week i will get the rest of my stuff.

Question concerning the MPS box:

What i read in the manual is :
If i use the trigger +12V the box will put the injectors on 100%
fully open.

Can i give the box the "normal" +12V with the solenoid. So that the effect will be the adjusted values will become active with the spray ?
Can i go this way , or is only instant rich mode possible ?

If i can go only instant rich , the test with smaller jets will be dificult, as it goes way to rich.

Here the link to the manual.

Here comes more Joy...Thanks Again and I stuck something extra in box(not pictured, lol) you should use to keep ya motor safe..

For the instant rich mode, you want set all the Dials on the mps box to default settings,In the instructions it will tell you how,you only want to use the box to work on spray, you can ajust how much fuel it will produce, it opens the injectors all the way. :beerchug: tune the bike like was said before, with yosh box, power commander,or tune thru the ecu from smith busa device:thumbsup: I am only posting this because I took the post as you are trying to ajust how much the instant rich feature will spray, but you can not, the rest of the pods are just to add fuel at different rpms. I used the mps box with a stock motor with a brocks street meg and pc, and put a #42 pill in it and never went lean, when I took the motor apart to do work to the motor everything looked brand new, it is a great safe product:laugh:

Thats the way i go......first.
All the way rich........with the MPS box.
Engine is in very good condition , dynoed with Yosh-box, Airbox-mod and Akra full line. Pulling 168 RWP on dyno at "Schaefer Motorsport"(good mecanic of germen SB-championships)

If all my hardware is working fine , and business comes up (i am automotive supplier) ill swith to ECU flash

Only thaught about wether the bike will buck (?right term), if i get to rich , when the box opens the injectors and the Nos will not come as quick as the fuel .

What sparks would you recomend for this setup.

Now i have time till march for install , as our season is over. I got another nice hump. must see how the bottle will fit there. But the angle seems to be good if i fit it on the rear frame.
Pictur has a 1.5" rise , but ill put a 2" lowering link .

WoW... Comin' together nicely. Like to see her when you get that tail modded. Looks like it would be a tight fit for a 2lb bottle.
Consensous on the spark plugs (from my research) is the NGK CRE10. Colder burning plug from my understanding.. Burned about 8 bottles through mine and pulled the plugs just to get an idea on how all four cylinders were burning at that point and ordered another set to change em out if necessary. They all looked great and I got another set sitting on the shelf when ready.
Really liking the color scheme on that silver/orange and black you posted. Is that the tail you ordered? Does'nt look like you can access the hump; all one peice perhaps?

And by the way, Gregs' ECU flashing is the only way to go in my opinion. Easy to install and elimination of that box and other devices..:poke:
lmao

Hi Brian

yes , thats exacly my tail. Its one piece , fittet with 4 bolts under the seat. I can open from downside by removing the cover.
i like the colors too , but here are 3 running this style.Ii will try to have something like this:
Cam Shaft | Folientechnik

or this
Cam Shaft | Folientechnik

Does excist something like this with pics here ? Found only the flat black of Sessions here in the board.

So here we go on

spend two hours in my workshop today , turning a plate to hold the fan nozzle to the airbox.

As i want to put the poly-hose in a "protection-hose" (samco-silicone-hose) i must remove this
medium16404-SNOS.jpg

It sits at the end of my polyline were also the jet is located.

Tryed to pull it off but didnt succed. I will not ruin it.

Is there a trick to remove it from end of line without destroying anything.
Il post some pics but just now the batterie of my didicam is empty.

Thanks for advice
pics will follow

Bernie

Here are the pics

The nozzle holder i made (:bowdown:sorry for copy ,but its only for me)
ImageShack Links Do Not Work
i put an o-ring , so i dont need any silicone

other side

And here is the polyline with the hose i want to use as "outer protection" . The samco silicone hose holds 180° .
You can also see the olive i want to remove. Pulled and tryed to get it off , but as i dont want to destroy it, didnt use a pliers. Can i heaten the hose to make it "soft" ?
Any advice ?

Thanks for support :beerchug:

I did what you see for a reason(LOL)...I want you to measure from where you are mounting solenoid to where you mount nozzle, give your self a little extra and cut it,then you can lol slide other end thru bue hose without removing anything. There are extra fuerrles in box just in case you did an a emergency cutting,lol...it's plug and play..hence don't overthink it comment..

Il do it

And yes, extra fuerrels found.

please be generous  if i ask "funny" things sometimes.
Found a god support here :please:, and need it , as i build my first system

You get service with parts from me..you ask all the questions you need answered,i'll e with you till you push the button the first time, then I may have to stand far away cause of the smell,lol......I sent one guy a box of depends, you want some in the next box i send over?

Thats gixxer's spray nozzle holder or a copy huh. Well a quick question I figure you may not have thought of----how do you know that most of that nos is not just going in one cylinder? That would not be a very good thing. That design just scares me looking at it. ??? You know any spray looks good when you hit it but what it does when you cant see inside that box at wide open throttle is something totally different even pointing it away you may still have it favoring a cylinder you do know what that means I hope? A favored cylinder will look like this:cheerleader: except it wont keep going:poke:
