Getting ready to do a couple of mods - need some help finding threads?

I am going to attempt the H.I.D. w/ delay install this weekend. Does anyone know where I can find some detailed instructions on the delay install? I think I have the H.I.D. figured out, but the delay is still a mystery.

I know some of you have the threads bookmarked and I can't find what I'm looking for using the search.
