I found this site on the web, not sure if their work is good, but they do it.... I would imagine gold is hard to take care.

I had a set on my old bike. It's basically the same thing as Chrome just cost a little more, very easy to keep up. What ever you do don't go to Street Gold though! I had Mirror Image in Michigan do mine: 734-547-0422

I will give Street Gold credit for chrome plastic, they do a great job on that. As for the chrome I've never been happy with any of there work. Not to mention they have lost numerous parts of mine! It seems like every time I used to send stuff there something would come up missing. Thank god I take pictures of the parts before I send them out.

Street Gold does great work. They can even chrom or gold plate plastic. They did my '96 turbo bike mirrors in gold and my wheels in chrome and gold. Great guys to work with.
