I have the blue busa with the gold wheels and i would like to change them out for some of the stock chrome ones over this winter. I have here of an exchange thing but i am not sure where to go for it. What do you guys suggest for this? Thanks in advance, Doug

make sure you get a "reputable" chrome shop.... (and this is not a cheap endeavor..)

there are a TON of unhappy chrome customers floating around...

let me know if you are going to get rid of your gold wheels. cause i have the black wheels and what the gold wheels. so if you get rid of your gold ones for some chrome ones let me know, maybe we can work something out.

later,

wanna

I will be sure to let you know. If i buy the chrome ones i have been told i will get $700.00 trade in for mine. I would have to contact the company and find out. I talked to a guy at all things chrome when i first got my bike. I will try to call him again and find out for sure and get back with you.

Very nice. I have seen one before and really liked it. May i ask where you got yours and how much they were? Thanks again

They were on the bike when I got it. From what I understand, the original owner had them chromed thru the dealer (in Lexington, KY) before he ever picked it up. Chrome job looks good so far!

+1!!

Install new World Bearings when you do it.And if you don't do the work yourself, make sure you look inside the hub of the wheel, before bearings are installed.Make sure there is no chrome flakes inside the hub,if there is they need to be sanded out,if not they will end up in your bearings and they will fail.
Don't trust the installer unless the installer is you.

I like this idea. We have a few places here that do that here. I will check into it and see what it will cost. I have talked to the guy at all thing chrome and he really stands behind his work. Myself i don't really care for the blue & black but its like the blue & gold i guess everyone has their own taste. Thanks for all the help guys.
