Never Forgotten
I just wanted to let my fellow forum members of a good experience I had with Sport Bike Track Time. I know it is rare to hear a report on another supplier from a vendor.
I order a set of Michelin M2 tires from them for a track day at Road Atlanta. I was sent a front M2 and a rear H2. The front arrived as ordered in the medium compound and the rear in the highway compound.
I know from experiences here that mistakes are made in any mail order place. A companies reputation should never be based on a mistake, it should be based on how the problem is handled.
I contacted SBTT and recieved a M2 today. Working in the industry, it is great when you recieve that type of service.
