well, on my billet cranks I've had him do lots of things such as inspection and detailing. I've had him inspect and micro-polish journals, Check cranks for twist, grind base circle of counter weights, plasma-nitride coat, smooth the leading and trailing edge of the counter weights, dynamic balance the crank, and a few other things as well.
On an OE crank you might be better off just buying a new crank. If it's a Gen1 crank you, can get them very cheap brand new. Would probably end up costing around the same.
