Hello all. After working 19 hours a day for 13 days in a row, my supervisor told me to take the day off. We still have crews in from out of town that will be working over the Christmas holiday. Not sure at this point if I will have to return to work on Wednesday or not. This has been the worst storm in PSO history. 90% of our customers were without power. I hope I never see another storm like this in my career. I took yesterday to catch up on my sleep and get some things done around the house that had been neglected. Juli and I plan to finish up on our shopping today and get things ready for tomorrow. I hope everyone is doing ok. Wow, I am beat! I did get to make some new friendships through this ordeal. I had crews from Duke Energy in South Carolina. I hope I get to meet these guys again in the spring when we go to the Spring Bash. I guess I have a lot to catch up on the board.
