Good sportbike parts store in Norfolk, VA area

I lost my plate somewhere on I-95 between Orangeburg, SC and Norfolk VA last night( Bracket just snapped). My home state is overnighting a plate to me ( be here in time for me to leave on Monday), but I need to find another tag relocater bracket here in VA. What shops are good in the Norfolk/Chesapeake area for parts? Cycle Gear and Cycle World don't have any in stock. Also, my tech manual is at home, can you guys let me know the rear axle socket size and torque spec( is it 75 ft-lbs )? Thanks a bunch,

I say go to home depot and find a bracket that looks similar. That is what I did when I cut the hillbilly mud flap off.
