Got my gen2 in the basement running, found out something new about secondary injectors

Very cool!
Thanks for taking the time to post up and share this info . . . this has filled in a few gaps in my technical knowledge on the fuel injection system of the Busa, it's interesting about the neutral position and the programmed loss of the upper injectors while in neutral, and the consequences of bypassing the clutch switch.
I also watched the Gen 1 vid you did which is more relevant for me as I have a '99 Gen 1.
Keep posting for the techies among us here!

Thanks! My wife just laughs, like why would you want to do this haha, never mention someone else actually interested.

+1 Interested
A flaking GP switch adversely affects the secondaries.
And that would be a practical application, in my case, as my GP switch flakes often
Gracias

My GPS only flakes once when I first start the bike after storage then it's ok the rest of the season as far as I have noticed.

Why would you need secondaries in Neutral?

What does this all mean? Don't disable or remove engine sensors? I kind of thought I might lock mine in one gear map for AFR tuning someday. Don't do it?

What I found relevant is the 2nd FI's relation to the GPS. If the GPS is not reporting the proper gear (like mine does), my 2nds may not be activating. Not sure it works this way, but Boost made me think it might

In nuetral you wouldnt really, but probably is under load when sensor flakes out and it sees neutral you go way lean, super bad on turbo bikes

Burned up a couple rolla of labels LOL
