I took my 06 to Fast by Ferraci in PA and had them do a Custom Map. I have a K&N Air Filter and slip ons.

I am pretty damn happy with the results! I havent had a chance to ride it yet cuz of the weather but tomorrow is going to be nice so i cant wait to feel the difference.. Here are the results:

Something wrong with that read out...in 27 minutes the temp goes up 21 degrees and the humidity goes
down 23 %...plus the HP #'s are way high

who said i didnt have a PC? Just thought it was assumed since i was getting dyno'ed that I had one..

I wasnt there to watch the dyno run but I know that is done in a sealed room. That could account for the humidity and temp spike but dunno. I trust Ferraci, hasnt anyone every heard of them? I will take the bike out tomorrow and see if i feel the difference. I am sure they stand behind there work and i could always put it on another dyno to see what it does. I know there would be differences from dyno to dyno but it would give me an idea if the numbers are close..

well i dont now enough about a dyno, is that info hand typed or provided by the dyno? How could they fudge the curve?

Those numbers are higher than most are getting with full systems and maps. Either your busa is a freak, or somethings up.

Hmm, I really dont know much about dyno tuning, it would be nice if those numbers are true but even if they are not i will find out tomorrow if I am happy with the adjustments that were made... even if all they did was smooth out the choppy throttle at 4000 rpm i would be happy..

again for my own knowledge, does someone know if those numbers are hand typed or computer fed?

also could the temp go up and humidity down if the tuner is sealed in a chamber? I know it had been raining all morning and the tuning chamber door was open and is right near the entrance to the workshop.

Not reaching for excuses hear as i have done research all over the net and i havent seen a bike slipons come close to that kind of HP after a dynotune..

Dude I hope your busa puts out that power

but sometimes places will tell you it did that much better than it was because of them. Get it dyno'd at another shop , alot of dynos are different.

I would have to say that those numbers are off! If JC says there is something wrong with them then I would listen to him. Do as you said take to someone else the number should be roughly the same not too far off. I think the guy who did the dyno tune to your bike needs to get his DYNO tuned up! And yes the numbers are printed from the dyno and not hand typed.

Also to gain 8 foot pounds of torque would take something added to the formula like NOS...

I am beginning to think i have been had as far as the numbers go and all. I will tell you that the bike felt smoother and more responsive after the tune so that makes me happy. I plan on taking it to another dyno to have it ran to see what the numbers come out to but that wont be for a few weeks. I will update the thread with what i come up with. I am still satisfied with how the bike responds now anyways so there really isnt much complaining about it from my end..

JC, if I pull a copy of the map would you tell me what you think of it? I really dont know how to read them correctly..
