Yesterday we were involved in a 35-40 bike ride of sport bikes. The objective was to head from the western suburbs of Chicago to downdown --take lower Wacker Drive up to Lake Shore Drive and park on the side to watch the fireworks. THIS WAS A COOL RIDE. I was the only one with a Busa, however, and was thinking maybe we could have a ride with many more BUSA'S involved?
I realize we need to be relatively close--So, this is a calling for anyone within a 100-150 mile radius of Chicago. If you are willing to drive farther, so be it.
The sound of the bikes, (CBR's, ZX's, Drag Bikes), was awesome, especially under wacker drive and bridges. People were actually cheering and whistling as we moved are way through the city with people lined up on the side of the street wating for the fireworks.
Anyone interested?? Doesn't have to be Busa's only, we can all get along, and did last night.

Thanks for the reply.I'm going to my dentist for a cleaning tommorow, then I was going to do a little visiting in Highland Park,Riverwoods,Halfday,etc.. 4 and 5 yrs. ago I used to go to Highland House restaurant on Sunday mornings. Used to be a lot of different bikes. Does that still happen? The location was at rt. 41 and rt.22 in Highland Park. Easy place to get to and from. Thanks again.
