I was taking advantage of the 70 degree weather today, but to my dismay, Diablo was running rough, especially at lower RPM's I tried my best and popped the hood to see if it was anything obvious, but all appeared connected and intact. I made my way to Frederick, MD and stopped in a 7-11 parking lot because the bike was getting worse. I was chatting with another biker when Sageronin rode by and saw us. He stopped and called Greg who interrupted a ride he was on to get back to his new shop and help an .org member in need. My bike limped into the not yet even opened Hyperbike Performance Center, and Greg was right on it helping to diagnose a bad primary fuel pump. I guess I get to be the first customer!
I must say the shop is looking great. Clean, professional, and ready to go. I just wish the dyno was ready so I could give it a run right when the pump is replaced. I'll be back very soon I'm sure to see how many ponies I can get. I'm just glad I live close... no more stealership service for me!
