Hi guys.
Hope everyone is well.
I know there are a lot of posts on this but
If it is ok could I get the freshest info from you all the more knowledgeable please?
It's the age old grab bar install again.
You see I just got mine sent to me from the previous owner so I popped off the cowl and bolted her up.
I really didn't take in what spacers were where and the little top hat washers.
So after taking the grab rail off I left as much of the spacers and the bolts in their spots and then tried to put the cowl back on and it would not lock back down.
So I stuffed around for ages and then pretty much just put the four bolts back in the holes, did them up and the cowl went back on.
Now I really don't know what order the spacers, top hats and grommets go back on to put the grab rail on and what to leave when I take it off.
I know it's not rocket surgery but when your old like me you tend to have these senior moments.
Any help and hopefully pics would be fantastic.
Cheers.
Shane.
Ps.cheers to RT when you read this for the offer of private help.
Thought it might be best for other noobs to be in on it.
