The break means that you get to launch whenever you want and they react to you leaving.

The back tire means that they are basically giving you a bike length head start. You stage with the back tire and they stage with the front

If someone wants to give you the "back tire and the break, or willing to let you wiggle first" chances are he has seen you run before and they feels pretty sure they can beat you even with the starting line advantage. So you have to keep your grudge game tight.

We do that alot down here. Most slower guys will ask for something.........heck, some guys regardless will ask for something. I like to run up first, if I get out front I will short shift to try and keep the race close. Usually, someone will then ask for the break or back tire. I prefer to give them the break and then out 60ft them. By the 330 ft the short shifting starts all over again, .

Good luck,and keep the rubber side down,,If you have about the same motor,,I'd take the break,,,although its about the same ,,if his eye is quick,,your still going to get ur bike length,either way,,,grudge match sounds like he already has got you once,,,sounds to me he's getting a little cocky,, thats ussually when he will lose,,,ride safe,,,,ps,,,is it busa against busa,,or ninja 14 ?

If he wants to give the back tire and the break.......I guarantee thats not going to be enough, and you would probably need two bikes atleast...lol

basically more variables for certain types to continue the trash talking. That's all grudge racing is, 10 minutes of talk and one lame race. I've got about this much __ respect for grudge racers. Anyone that will put a 14 year old CHILD on as a jockey to win some races is a poor excuse for much of anything. I'd rather have the slower, respectable rider and bike than walk away with cash.
