No, look at the tank lines closely. you will notice it's a different pattern, If you notice that one has a black between the silver lines, the one you looking at has no black line, it's just 2 silver lines next to each other

Also, look at the line on the nose fairing, the one you are looking at has a silver line, the other doesn't.

Better test ride it for Gen3 problems first, quickshifter working, good front brakes, if it likes to restart hot, and a few other querks.
There seem to be quite a few Gen3's with issues, and nothing that the aftermarket can't fix, but it can get expensive.
That bike could be trouble-free too, as most are, but I'de want to put some miles on it to be sure.
