you all know it's the fuel pump.the screen before the pump,in the sleve is to small. there's not enough pressure when the slightest debri get's in the filter. i solve this problem by designing my on fuel delivery system, pressure guage and all.i also believe the bike is starving for fuel up top anyway,when modifing airbox,pipe,ect

I noticed your a Suzuki Salesman at a dealership. You just happened onto this site today?
What fuel delivery mods are thinking of? New pump or just filter / strainer mods.
Had my pump apart today and there are some FINE strainers in this system. But, new pump insulator and fuel petcock strainers are now available and have them on order already.
Do you know the pressure vs. flow rate for this pump? How did you determine it was starving?

With fuel injection higher fuel pressure does not mean more power!!!!! To much fuel pressure can give as many probs as not enough.......problems may differ but they will be there. Boss

How about stable fuel pressure, I will be happy with that. Can't waite to ride with retrofit Bulletin parts installed.
