Gsxr 750 help

I know this is a busa forum but I need your help. A friend of mine 2007 750 it over heated and for some strange reason when you put it in gear now it doesn't move. But it shift into all gears. The odd problem is it will also roll back in forth will it is in gear. Look for any possible place to start look being that his funds are limited. I offered to take a look at it grant I can work on a busa this is one.

does it rev yet still not move? if so i'd check the clutch? have you checked the clutch cable freeplay?

not yet i am heading to his house in about an hour but i wil check.

its the clutch pull the plates flip them over and reinstall them!!

I'm almost positive its the clutch plates, not too serious then, he's in luck!!!!!....

Thank good help turn them over and it's running smooth... Nothing like a busa but it's running.
