Gsxr shocks

I'm looking for a softer sprung shock and have read 05 GSXR 1K shocks will work. Is this true and will an 04 or 03 shock work. I want a direct bolt in with no additional mods. Whatcha guys think.

I've tried adjusting, just too stiff for me. Guess I'm a true lightweight.
