Hey will teh gsxr footpegs bolt on in the busa foot pegs spaces or will the peg only fit?

Yes, the back is a bolt on deal '01 to '03 will fit, For the front you need to get the shims or spacers along with the pegs and bolt them on, if you look at the front pegs on a gixxer you'll see what I mean..

Not sure your reason for wanting to change the pegs, but the Protek pegs fit as a direct replacement for the stock pegs. They come in several annodized colors.

Parts unlimited...And I don't recall the cost of the powdercoat but 50 bones sounds reasonable to me.

yeah i just got to find som rear pegs before i send the stuff out. Bought some emgo pegs today. Gonna test fit them tomorrow now i just have to find some reat ones. 50 bucks was a great price got it from one of the guys here on the board
