ok i work on the weekends at a local motorcycle school here on LI and all the instructors ride big harleys and cruisers and they were poking fun that when i take my bike on the countersteering course i dont scrape my pegs or the running boards (which i dont have i had to point out)
so after a few laps around i decided to pick it up a notch so i got the busa up to about 30 mph and leaned hard in and scraped the right and left pegs around the whole course i was so proud.... so after which i made them all apologize and i continued to scrape the pegs all over the parking lot they said that my fairings were only inches from the ground and my tires no longer have the wear strips on them... it was so much fun so whoever said our bikes cant make tight turns just doenst know how to do it
i am going to have my GF take some pics this weekend of me doing it again ill post them when i do later joe
