fitted new 1.0kg linear springs to the bus today to replace the oe .85's

so hope we have a good front end now

i weigh 180-190 lbs

the progressive springs fitted as standard are daft and the best rider sag i could get was around 45mm.
i want around 30-35mm to match the ok rear so who thought of fitting them springs at the factory needs a slap lol

about £120 with fitting as i dont have the fitting kit .

springs were £80 plus £5 delivery so not to bad.

shame the guy fitting them is a lying c+*t as he told me it would be done today but its going to be Monday pm now even though there open Saturday :poke::poke: so ill be making my own service tool soon  so i dont have to be ass poked again by bull **** bike shop.

rant over

I ride almost every day of the year brother. Put 36K on my '06 in 18 months and then slacked off. Currently closing in on 25K on the '08 after 3 years. Hard to find the money to go like I use to. I just don't sleep

 that's some serious mileage:bowdown:

ive gone from a gixxer 1000 k1 to the busa and its hurting my shoulder after 40miles so hoping this is going to be ok soon as its not endearing me to the bike:banghead:

the riding position is perfect for my 5ft8" size but cant figure the dull ache im getting as i hoped it would feel more comfy than the gixer:banghead: which took 120miles for the ache's to start:banghead:

ive just had some physio so hoping that helps:please:

new bike new pain
