I just got my bike back from the shop today after a theft attempt forced me to replace the ignition cylinder, after all was said and done i noticed a slight wobble in the handle bars when im not holding them while moving but i dont feel anything while im holding them... I know they have to take the tripple tree off to replace the ignition cylinder i also noticed the triple tree doesnt seem to be aligned perfectly straight like before... could this be an actual problem or am i just being to critical/is this normal?

They should not have had to remove your forks, just the top clamp. The forks are clamped at the bottom of the tripple ase well, so nothing in the front end adjustments should have changed. You are probably just noticing some runout on the tires. No tire is perfectly round. It could also have been the road surface causing it.
