Handlebar decorative caps

On those four bolts that hold the centerpiece for the handlebars on... One of the decorative bolt covers us like kinda damaged, so I was wondering if anyone on here has ever removed those before and I was wondering how hard they are to remove?

Just pry them up with a small flat edge... not hard at all...

I pitched mine..tiny screwdriver as a pry and they pop out..take you longer to find a screwdriver then to remove them
