I even googled their address and the street view makes it look like they are an actual GIVI store. Weird..

Tiller, these are spoken very highly of online, they are Kappa's version of the V35 PLX GIVI bags and use the same mounting brackets... Dang good price too.
Not sure if you bought bags yet for the Bandit or not..

I think they made a store name just to be able to sell at a discount if that makes sense. Hope so. I saved over $25 on an $85 set of bag liners!
