Having motor work done need advice

I have a 07' busa 9400miles, stretched, alien head, airbag mod, pair valve, and a few other cosmetic mods.

Last week I brought my motor to builder to pull and undercut trans, stage 1 portnpolish, dual intake cams, adjustable cam sprocket, racing valve job (spring shim, decking,vacuum, and degreeing cams.

Dont laugh but when I go pick up motor and reinstall it is there a break in procedure or anything I should be aware of?

Wait for the pros but usually the break in is for cyl work / piston rings to seat / wear in on the initial start up
