Having purchasing issues

I cant believe I am complaining that I havent been charged yet, but it has been over two weeks and nothing.

I am a little worried, as most of you know I am going to be comnig home soon and wanted to do some upgrades to my bike before I went on vacation. I ordered the parts on the 10th, this Business told me no worries and that he would charge me by the end of the week. One of the items came up on back order but he said still the payment had to go through in order to save a seat in the waiting line. I am ok with this as well. The remaining items he said he had on hand and would bundle them up and ship them, once the payment was recieved. Again money is still sitting in my account 16 days later.

So the question is what do I do. I have sent emails and PMs all week starting last thursday with no reply. I really hate to back out from someone that has been nothing but helpful up to this point. Should I back out, send him an email and say sorry I went with someone else because they shipped things faster. Or do I just wait it out and deal with possible not having parts at home before I arrive and then leave on vacation.
 
i would say call him and cancel the order and see how fast he moves after that..if he doesnt get your stuff someplace else...if a buisness doesnt show me im a valued customer i dont do buisness with them..:rulez:
 
If he has been been helpful up to this point. Remain patient and let it happen. Other wise you get to start all over again with another company.
