I have a hayabusa 1300 gen 1 and the engine was running it was parked and I didn't drive it for 8 months. I started to turn it on and a problem arose. I found that there is no power on the spark plugs, I tried everything but nothing, I even tried 3 different electronics from the Hayabusa, none of them worked.her ecu is in the picture below

Rodent damage from gnawing on your wiring harness? Did you check the battery?
I simply looked at the entire installation and was worried that the mouse had nibbled somewhere. The fuel pump can be heard working but there is no electricity at the spark plugs when I turn it on. I also saw

I'm not sure about everything. I have 2 Hayabusa gen1 and the second Hayabusa worked with those 2 ECUs. When I try this one to test the electronics, it won't start the fuel pump and there's no power to the spark plugs.

This is her factory ECU and it turns on the fuel pump and everything, but there is no spark at the spark plugs.

Well....that's a sad thing to hear...

But I'm glad you started a thread verses shotgun spraying each and every thread....

So it was working fine and then sat and now won't work....

What voltage is the battery at? These things like very strong batteries.

I take it you have taken the plugs out and checked spark and you have none...in each cylinder?

It has to be something simple.....is it turning over?

I was messing around and accidentally unscrewed all 4 spark plugs and ground them and turned them on, there's no power to any of them.

we have tested 3 ECUs in total, all of these work on a different Gen 1 Hayabusa. Two ECUs are **32920-24F00**, and a third one is **32920-24FA0.**

When trying the 24F00, fuel pump does not work at all, sometimes we can hear a little click like it's trying to engage but that's it.

When using the 24FA0, fuel pump works, but we can't get a spark. We've already checked all sensors and it's not giving any error codes except C24 to C27 which is related to the ignition coils

Does anyone have any ideas on what to check next or does anyone know if there are any differences between those two models of the ECU? We checked all of the regular stuff like clutch, killswitch, the fall sensor, cleared all input jacks on the electrical installation. The bikes cluster works as usual, and it just cranks but it can't turn over.

Does this bike have the interlock anti theft? If it does there is a red light on the ignition panel...

An engine requires compression, fuel and spark to run. To test for spark you are cranking the engine with the electrode grounded?

I had in the past a horrible problem with my coil and injector volts was dropping while cranking
I ended up cutting the 12 volt feed to the coils and injectors and fed my own DEDICATED 12 volt switch feed
Night and day difference in cranking/starting

If I was you, I would back track the feed for them and cut and feed it like I did and see if It sparks and injector pulses then

Old points ignition cars can have problems similar to that. My brother's 60's Mercedes would start, then stall when the key was released to the "run" position. We by-passed the resistor and she ran fine.

The "ran when parked" scenarios are interesting. What happened? Rodents, corrosion, varnish, gremlins?

Can someone explain to me how to put back the magneto from gen 1 and the ecu from gen 1 on which the hayabusa started and worked and on all 3 other electronics worked. Now when I put it back to start it won't. So I have 2 hayabusas and on that correct hayabusa all 3 ecus started. Is there a specific master here and not assumptions I would be grateful

I have three ECUs and they only start on the Denso FGO code. Both Hayabusas start on that one now, and before they started on the other 2 F00 codes, but now they won't start on that ECU when I try a different one.
