Hayabusa 2000ry Injector opening duration??

Hi, i still have my over fueling problem, does anyone know which component controls the duration of the injectors being open?
I'm drawing blanks at the moment and i want to avoid the power commander route because that is just masking the problem i have.

The ECU controls the injector pulse width based on, temp, rpm, throttle opening, intake pressure and gear position.

just found this, '99-'00 has a fuel pressure of 43 psi
'01-'03 has a fuel pressure of 50 psi.
As i have stepped up to a 02 set up, this could explain my over fueling problem at tick over, i will post when Ive tested for possible over pressure.
