No!what about a ninja 250R is this a good starting bike 248cc's
Well I'll tell ya I bought the Busa then found this board and with the snow and cold I had about 3 weeks of reading all the threads about the Busa being your first bike. This being my first bike and first time on a bike I was ready to sell it. I finally caught a break in the weather and jsut did what I had to do, ride that beast! I think the jitters I experienced would have happened on any bike. I just wonder since everyone says "Not if but when you crash". This is even said to riders with 20+ years of experience when does the Busa mystique end? I don't think it's the bike as much as it is the rider. I set and watch my bike sit for hours without it crashing and I don't think it will unless I do something foolish or someone else creates unforseen circumstances and then it's really not about the Busa anymore. So 1000 miles later I say go for it and respect the bike not cause it's a Busa but because any bike has a level of vulnerability. Ride safe and enjoy.Yes. Please.
Working at Suzuki, I tell you I get that all the time, I try my best to convey that the mystique behind the Busa is there for a reason.
If you've never ridden a bike before - why get something you can not truly handle?
In some ways I think all drivers should have to ride a motorcycle before they drive a car.do you think haveing a motorcycle as your first vehicle is a bad idea or just all round bad![]()
We really don't know you, so you should be asking your friends and family for an honest opinion. I've got friends I would tell to go for it and others that I'd be asking to make sure that I'm listed in their will.do you think haveing a motorcycle as your first vehicle is a bad idea or just all round bad:blush:
