Hey guys i found a nice set of angel eyes on e-bay and they look great...my question to you guys was can I still use my high beams when they are installed and is the light really red or does it shine like a xenon bulb!?

Careful. I hear of people having a lot of problems with melting. The same thing happens with angel eyes in import tuners.

Don't know about the legality - you may need to consult your local jursidiction for that. As far as the high-beam Q, from the Q/A on the linky:

Q: Can I use my high beams with the eyes?

A: Most of the time, there will not be a problem using the high beams, however, if the stock bulbs from the motorcycle headlight have been replaced with a stronger type bulb, then it is possible to damage the eyes using the high beams.

Just to NIP the legality end of this in the BUTT, its not legal at all, the only color that a motor vehicle can emit is white and amber
